Chapter 2091

Night Ring 12th Street was one of the most important cities on Planet Night Ghost.

Planet Night Ghost was one of the planets that belonged to Sky Palace. The Night Ghosts ruled the planet. They weren't a higher race, but they were known for their belligerent nature.

If the Night Ghosts didn't like to fight in the dark, they would have left Planet Night Ghost a long time ago. They would have become a famous race.

Because they didn't like light, they were stuck on Planet Night Ghost. But under the protection of Sky Palace, they were able to live a comfortable life.

Over the past few months, strange things had been happening on Planet Night Ghost. Many Night Ghosts had been killed, but no one had been able to find who had killed them.

The whole of Planet Night Ghost had been turned upside down, but no one had been able to find anything.

In the most famous castle on Night Ring 12th Street, the leader of the Night Ghosts, Sleepless Duke, was greeting two young men.

One of the men had a cold and stern face, while the other man had a smile on his face. In his arms was an extremely sweet and adorable little girl of about five or six years old.

The two young men were Phyllostachys Longipes and Han Sen. They had been sent to investigate the strange deaths of the Night Ghosts. It was their training.

Han Sen didn't want to come, but the order had been given by the elders. Han Sen had no choice but to follow Phyllostachys Longipes to Planet Night Ghost.

Han Sen looked at the leader of the Night Ghosts, Sleepless Duke. She looked like a woman, or at least, a female.

She had a very sexy body, and she was wearing a tight black leather jacket that showed off her curves. She looked as if she wasn't wearing any clothes.

But Han Sen quickly realized that she really wasn't wearing any clothes. What looked like a tight black leather jacket wasn't real clothing. It was her natural skin.

Her eyes were like the night, and her hair was as black as ink. She had a pair of bat-like wings and a black tail that looked like a whip. Sleepless Duke looked very sexy and explosive.

He was more than two meters tall and was even taller than Han Sen. He was very tall and slender.

"Mister Phyllostachys Longipes, please help us find the culprit. If this keeps going on, the Night Ghosts will all die." Sleepless Duke looked at Phyllostachys Longipes with a sad face.

Because Sky Palace was so closed off, not even the Night Ghosts knew about Han Sen and Bao'er. They had only heard of Han Sen's name, but they didn't know who Han Sen was.

Of course, this was partly because the Night Ghosts themselves were relatively isolated.

"Are there any corpses?" Phyllostachys Longipes asked expressionlessly.

Sleepless Duke shook her head. "All the dead Night Ghosts turn into a pool of black water. That is why there are no clues left behind."

"Bring me the information on the Night Ghosts that have died recently," Phyllostachys Longipes said.

"I have it ready. All the information is here." Sleepless Duke pointed at the documents on the table.

"Brother Phyllostachys Longipes, thank you. I will go out with Bao'er." Han Sen said goodbye to Phyllostachys Longipes, then stood up and walked outside.

"Mister, should I send a guard with you?" Sleepless Duke didn't know Han Sen, but she didn't want to be rude. She stood up and asked.

"No need. I'll just walk around Night Ring 12th Street." Han Sen didn't wait for Sleepless Duke to say anything more. He picked up Bao'er and left the Duke's mansion.

Planet Night Ghost had no sun, and the entire planet was very cold. There was no water, though, so there was no ice. There were castles made of black stone everywhere.

The Night Ghosts were very good at surviving. They didn't need water or food. They just needed to stay in the dark to replenish their energy. It was like the darkness could recharge their batteries.

They weren't afraid of heat or cold, and they didn't need oxygen. The only thing they were afraid of was light. They didn't like light, though. It made them lose their sight, and they could even go blind. Aside from that, though, they were fine.

All the Night Ghosts were xenogeneics. Their newborn babies were Barons. Their blood was very good. Many of the higher races weren't as good as they were.

But because they were so weak, and because Planet Night Ghost lacked resources, there weren't any particularly strong Night Ghosts. The strongest was just a Duke. They didn't even have a King.

The entire planet was dark. You could only see the shadows of the castles with the help of the stars. They were like beasts lurking in the dark.

The Night Ghosts were experts at killing in the dark. But over the past few months, twenty Night Ghosts had been killed. Many of them were Marquise Night Ghosts.

Although the Night Ghosts had used a lot of technology, they hadn't been able to find the killer.

Two days ago, when a Marquise died, he was at Sleepless Duke's party.

Almost all the elites were there, but that Marquise died on the balcony.

None of the Night Ghosts, not even Sleepless Duke, knew how he had died.

It wasn't until other Night Ghosts went to the balcony that they saw his body.

But by then, the body had become a puddle of black water.

His identity could only be identified by his clothes and accessories.

Han Sen walked down Night Ring Twelfth Street. He used his Dongxuan Aura, and everything around him was reflected in his mind. He could see many Night Ghosts watching him from the dark corners.

Most of them looked cold and disdainful. It wasn't because they were hostile toward Han Sen; it was just how the Night Ghosts were.

The Night Ghosts didn't like outsiders, and they didn't want to interact with them. They had killed off all the other races on Planet Night Ghost tens of thousands of years ago.

The only ones who could make the Night Ghosts lower their heads and worship them from the bottom of their hearts were the Celestials, who had defeated them and made them submit.

Han Sen looked like one of the Sky, but his presence wasn't right. The Night Ghosts could smell it from a few miles away. Han Sen wasn't one of the Sky.

"Did Sky Palace send you?" On a dark street, a female Night Ghost blocked Han Sen's way. She had a curvy body, and she blocked his way.

"Yes." Han Sen nodded.

"Why isn't it one of the Sky?

Only the Sky can fix what is happening here, "the female Night Ghost said with a frown.

Han Sen shrugged and said, "The real representative of Sky Palace is in the Duke's house. He is one of the Sky. I am just his assistant."

"I see."

The female Night Ghosts let out a sigh of relief. It was as if as long as the Sky Race was here, the problems they faced would be solved.

"What is your name?" Han Sen asked the female Night Ghost.

"Li Duo," the female Night Ghost said with hesitation.

"I need to help Brother Sky with some basic research. Can you show me around?" Han Sen smiled.

"Where do you want to go?"

Li Duo asked. Perhaps it was because Han Sen had mentioned the Sky, but it didn't seem as if she was going to refuse Han Sen's request.

"It would be best to go where the Night Ghosts were killed." Han Sen didn't hesitate to tell her where he wanted to go.
